Terms

• A minimum $100 reservation deposit is required within one week of booking services. The balance is due in full two weeks prior to the service date. Fees for funeral services are due at the service prior to the release.
  
  
• Cash, check, money order, or credit card payments by phone are accepted.
  
  
• Credit card payments are also accepted using PAYPAL. In the "payment for" box be sure to include your name, date of engagement, and whether the payment is a deposit or balance due. Please make payments to: info@houstondreamdoves.com
  
  
• For cancellations two weeks prior to the reservation date, 80% of the deposit is refundable.
  
  
• Cancellations within two weeks of the reservation date are subject to non-refund of service fees.

Pricing

Due to the many variables involved such as the release location, day of the week, season, and type of service desired, we are not able to quote a price for your release without specific information from you. Please call, email, or complete our booking form to obtain a quote.

Delays past the scheduled release time will be subject to additional charges at the rate of $25 per hour if the delay is caused by reasons other than weather or other Act of God.

The following are our typical services just to give you some ideas.

THE TRINITY One single dove offered to the family to release in a symbolic tribute to their loved one, plus three white doves symbolizing the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

THE RAPTURE – A single white Spirit Dove or Trinity followed by a flock of 12-25 white doves.

PAIR OF WHITE DOVES In a decorative cage for display only at your ceremony, service, or reception.

FLOCK RELEASE 12-24 pure white doves in decorated baskets. The flock can be released by your attendents, or we can release them by remote. We often do a combination of manual and remote release for a large flock, creating a magical effect.

COMBINATION A pair of white doves for hand release, plus 12-16 white doves in a decorative basket for flock release. This is the most commonly requested service for weddings.

ADDITIONAL DOVES added to other services .

DISPLAYS There is a $50 charge to add a dove display to the quote provided for a release engagement. Please call for a quote for a display only
